Background

Since the dawn of mortalkind the concept of love has been a part of almost every culture known in Auria, the strong affection towards another that ultimately leads to a long-lasting partnership. Much like love itself cannot exist without a second person, the God of Love is not a singular figure but two Gods known as Ada and Evan. Never have they been apart and always have they been by one another's side, this duo of Gods has inspired many to seek courtship and marriage even among the other gods. They are the left and right hand of Rengrown, the God of Life.

It is through love that pure life can prosper and flourish, shown no better than in the eternal, unbreakable chain which binds the two Gods together into one entity. In their forever dance of courtship Ada and Evan have borne witness to countless children, their first three the most well-known - Ara, a male of good faith and hard work, Ema, a female of unrivaled care and a nurturing spirit, and Hem, a intersex of bright soul and a virile lover. The children of the Gods of Love would be come to known in myth as the First Pella.

Though it is love that they represent most plainly, they also represent loyalty and the genders which exist in Auria, their first three children each possessing one of three genders which can exist.

Despite their eternal union, the two gods do hold differences in appearance and personality as well as what they represent. Ada represents femininity and birth giving while Evan represents masculinity and guardianship.

Mortals celebrate the Gods of Love on a day called Lovemoon and to a lesser extent again on Greenday.

Powers and Abilities

Ada and Evan, being the Gods of Love, make an attempt to avoid direct conflict as much as possible but that does not mean they aren't able-handed combatants when necessary. It is known as the two fight together as one, dancing with one another in the heat of battle to disorient and defeat their foes with a flurry of flashy attacks that gain momentum from one another's movements.

More so they act a supportive role in combat, aiding more battle-ready Gods with blessings and healing that may turn the tides of war in their favour.

Physical Description

Ada and Eva are represented as two bunny-like creatures, Ada being pink and Evan blue. They have glowing etchings drawn upon their fur and large ears with which they can hear far away.

Much like other Gods, Ada and Eva have appeared as both humanoid-looking leporids as well as bestial looking rabbits. Their Humanoid forms are similar to that of the Pella.
