The Cerberon is a monstrous beast. Created within the elemental halls of fire, Cerberons have an uncontrollable hunger for flesh and souls, consuming both when cutting down their prey either alone or in packs, the latter of which only happening when an intelligent Cerberon Alpha is allowed to take control and form their pack, which rarely happens but when it does, mortals are quick to eradicate them as the power of a Cerberon pack is something to be feared.
Cerberons have long lifespans and as they grow in age, they also grow in power and intelligence, becoming bigger, stronger and more capable of survival. Elder Cerberons are known to hunt less and instead serve as guardians of their lair, leading smaller and younger Cerberons out into the world to prey for the pack.
Powers
Cerberons are large canine monsters that attack by biting and clawing their victims with massive fangs and sharp metallic claws. They are also able to emit heat, either by breathing intense demonic flames or by simply bursting ablaze and spreading the wildfire all around them. Thanks to their Fiery origins, Cerberons are completely immune to Fire-based damage and may even heal from touching fire however they are also extra vulnerable to water-based attacks as those can shut down their elemental attacks or even kill a Cerberon if concentrated enough.
Cerberons are actually intelligent and some have been known to even speak simple sentences. Under an Alpha's leadership, Cerberons are able to pull off clever attacks upon small settlements which may come unexpected for civilians and militia alike.
Physical Appearence
The average size of a Cerberon ranges between 2 meters to 3 meters from tail-tip to snout-tip, their thick fur either in black, brown or white colour. As Cerberons age, their muscles grow and permanently fiery manes sprout from their head. The eyes of a Cerberon glow with demonic fiery hues. Their claws have a volcano rock texture to them, making them priced trophies for monster hunters. Their tails are long and thin. They may grow additional spikes across their body as they age.
Most notably of all, however, is that Cerberons may be born with more than one head, with three being the maximum. Each head thinks and acts independently though over time they learn to cooperate and work together when controlling their unified body. An Alpha Cerberon with three heads is considered a massive threat by the kingdoms of Auria as their ingenuity is immeasurable when leading their pack.
