Background

Born during the Dusk of Dawn raged above the skies of Imperia, Charisa Everglow had to be raised during a time of great uncertainty as Demon invasions were a daily commonplace. Though hope was sparse and survival minimum, Charisa always believed she was brought into this world at a time like this for a purpose by a higher power and this inspired her to take up a sword and light a flame of hope in her peers when she was young, gathering those of her nomadic tribe to stand together and hold back the Demons' wrath. This Faith that she herself had would hold her up against countless defeat in the hands of the monsters that plagued her homeland yet nothing would falter the young white-haired girl's just heart. Even as those close to her fell, Charisa prayed and in doing so she was given answers directly from the Gods themselves, who appeared before her and gifted her a blade known as Divinus, a greatsword that manifested its wielder's faith into holy power.

With Divinus in hand, Charisa rose up against the Demons and cleaved through a hundred of them at a time with the holy fires of her sword, while restoring the wounds of her allies so that they may fight again. Her Faith was great, as was her will to fight and she would die a simple death from old age, having lived to see the end of the Demonic invasion and the start of a new era for mankind. Her death was a sorrowing moment for the primal Humans but they chose to remember her for the heroic deeds she inspired them to do, writing songs and folklore of her that would be passed down through generations. Charisa herself would ascend her spirit into the Afterworld where she would find herself chosen among the souls who would be granted eternal rest in the heavens. Her good will and readiness to defend the innocents caught the attention of Heras, the Goddess of Order, who took her to Olympus Citadel and ascended her into Angelhood, granting her the title of "the First Archangel". As an Angel, Charisa took on the duty of protecting the Afterworld from whatever evil tries to shatter it which meant that she was in the frontline in many battles against the forces of the Cosmos as they tried to break through the realm and gain access to the mortal world.

When Heras succumbed further into the corruption that befell her many millennia ago, she entrusted the title of God of Order onto Charisa, placing her as head of Olympus and the aspect of Order and Law within the mortal realm. The role that befell her was sudden and utmost daunting however Charisa swore on her very being that she'll carry on Heras' duty and be the God that she saw her to be. Under Charisa's rule, countless more Angels were chosen from the souls that traveled to the after life which would ultimately bolster the forces that the realm has at the ready to defend against whatever may threaten them.

Despite the orders given by Heras, some Gods in the Afterworld disagree with Charisa's ascension and believe her to be a false god or even a mockery of what it means to be a God. This has not stopped Charisa from doing her sworn duty and trying her best to be the lawful God of Order. When the role of God would become too difficult to bear for Charisa, she would create an inanimate construct of plate called Tyran to become her soulsworn ally and weapon to mete out justice to the disorderly.

On Auria, the tales of Charisa's heroism would one day inspire the Church of Divinity to be founded which tells of Charisa as a Goddess usurped from her throne and thrown down upon the lands of mortal kind by the evil Heras, but in being a Mortal she aided them in an age long past and in her death she once more ascended the stairs leading to the Afterworld and took the throne back. Though the story has many falsehoods, it inspired many of the Church to honour Charisa's good nature and be better people themselves as well as the creation of the Paladins.

Powers and Abilities

Charisa is a formidable fighter in the name of good and a protector of the souls of the Afterworld. She wields Truth and Justice, a shield and sword pair, to defend allies and punish enemies. She also possesses magic to grant boons to her allies, heal herself or her allies or call upon righteous fury to decimate enemies in an instant. Though she is not a Prime God, her accumulated Faith which mainly comes from the Church of Divinity makes her powerful enough to stand against a Prime God should the need come to pass.

She used to wield Divinus, a greatsword created by the Gods and Dragons to serve Mortalkind during the Dusk of Dawn, though her current weapons are stronger.

Physical Description
