In ages long gone, the Ezamas prospered on a planet known as Alnaj Almuqadar in a differing galaxy known as Zetur, as beings of ultimate knowledge and devotion. So great was their knowledge of the cosmos that they managed to create a single vessel powerful enough to pierce their own Galaxy's borders and traverse the endless sea of chaos beyond their star system without disintegrating itself or the passengers on board and big enough to hold five hundred of their people, allowing them ample opportunity to explore the vast limits of existence itself for many centuries without needing to return to their home planet, though they were wary of entering other galaxies until they could amass more ships that could carry their armies with them. They would name this vessel the Naj'Albaria, translated in their tongue as "Starbarge" and the captain of the ship would become the High General of their people, lord Qayid'Bih Mawthuq alongside his right hand and closest friend Faq'Adt Alqalb.

In their time traversing the universe, the Ezamas begun to learn of things no mortal should be capable of learning, bringing these learnings back to Zetur every twenty-five years when they had to return the Naj'Albaria to their capital for restocking. Slowly did they transform their libraries into those that would make anything in Auria pale in comparison! So great was their wisdom that they no longer saw their gods as gods but as pawns in a greater plan of cosmic scale, devoting all their prayers not to them but the source of order itself: The Eldest, or "Al'Akbar" in the Zeturian language. Soon after, others of the Zeturian Galaxy begun to believe similarly leaving little Faith generated towards their Gods.

Close were the Ezama folk to uncovering the answers to everything in existence when their own galaxy approached an apocalypse. As their fourth and final expedition through the sea of chaos came to an end and as they begun routing back to Alnaj Almuqadar, they discovered that when they first left the borders of their galaxy they also left behind a gaping hole for the Cosmos to slowly seep through and with the starvation and soon utter decimation of their Gods, there was nobody left to fix this gaping hole, giving the Cosmos ample opportunity to corrupt and utterly destroy the Godless planets of Zetur, those few who still lived turning to demonic beings barely recognized compared to their untouched forms.

In horror they were struck seeing what had happened to their galaxy by their own hands, Captain Qayid'Bih Mawthuq of the Naj'albaria made an attempt to reroute their ship away from Zetur with the hopes of landing on a different planet. Enraged by this, Faq'Adt Alqalb protested against fleeing and struck at his ally, battling over dominion of the vessel so they may land on Alnaj Almuqadar and save their friends and families. Fag'Adt would ultimately win the fight, even winning over others on the ship who too suffered heartache over their families in Zetur. Made captain of the Naj'albaria, Fag'Adt led their people to the corrupt lands of Alnaj Almuqadar where they ultimately faltered against their own corrupted family and friends as well as the demonic forces who had taken root there, their entire race and all other races of Zetur left being forced into servitude of the relentless force that destroyed their home world, becoming twisted and tainted by the Cosmos' foul energies which mutated their bodies into Demonic figures.

While the majority of their people became mindless servants of chaos, those who were enlightened on the Naj'Albaria found their minds to be strong willed and independent, allowing a degree of resistance against becoming mindslaves to the Demons. Now aligned with the Cosmos, the Ezamas became an attack force planned on invading another Galaxy which could fall to the same fate as their own: Auria.

Using the Naj'Albaria that the Demons relinquished from the Ezamas, the army of chaos would break through the barrier around the Aurian Galaxy to transport an Elite force of Demons alongside the Ezamas through, taking them to the Forsaken Reaches on Grukoor. From the wreckage of the Starbarge they settled a base of operations used to funnel more Demons onto Grukoor and amass an army that could begin to strike out at the mortal forces that called the harsh lands of Grukoor. Fag'Adt Alqalb, who was now seen as a traitor among the Ezamas, was ranked up to the heights of commander by the Demons, giving him authority to command his brethren as they invaded the planet and fought to make a foothold on it.

Believing that there was still hope of defying the Cosmos and despaired for what he had forced his people into, Fag'Adt enlisted the help of Qayid'Bih to devise a plan to free those still resisting the urge of the Cosmos. Qayid'Bih would secretly send a messenger out in Fag'Adt's name to warn whatever mortal settlement they could find of the impending assault and the devastation to come, which would eventually reach the Urolkul Raxarus of the Enkhulu people. Though at first he doubted the demonic foreigner and even threatened to kill him, Raxarus sent a few of his own scouts to the reaches to confirm the messenger's warning and when his own people would return with confirmation of the scout's words, the Warlord amassed his own greater army and lead the charge directly to the Forsaken Reaches and destroy the Demons before they may do harm to their world.

In the battle to come, monstrous Demons of the Cosmos were unprepared to fight the mighty Enkhulu army that outweighed them in numbers. Fag'Adt himself would direct his people to the backlines to prevent casualties while he himself acted on the frontlines, fighting on the side of the Demons to deliver another messeng to the Warlord, cutting through the Enkhulu forces till his blade met the axe of the brutal Warlord, the two exchanging words as they fought and Fag'Adt, tearful and remorseful, convinced him to spare the Ezamas should they be successful in defending their world. Seeing the man fall by his weapon, Raxarus led the brutal onslaught all the way to Amal'Jadid, the base of the demons and eradicated every last one that resided in there, ordering his men to spare the Ezamas.

With the battle won and their people freed the Ezamas would begin to reconstruct their broken society, reelecting Qayid'Bih Mawthuq as leader to act as a representative of their people and under his wisdomed guidance the Ezamas would go on to working hard to make themselves a part of the new world. Their base, Amal'Jadid, would slowly develop into a major capital of their people and the Forsaken Reaches would become their new home even if posed many dangerous that threatened them daily. Soon later with the help of the Enkhulu, they also created connections with other major kingdoms of the galaxy to make themselves known to them as well as being fully cleansed of Demonic corruption within the Pools of Cleansing in Serena, though many of them still possess features akin to Demons.

Though it was that all their knowledge of creation burned when the Naj'Albaria crashed into Grukoor, Qayid'Bih understood that it was their very hunger for the utmost of answers which begun the fall of their people. The knowledge their people discovered on their hundred year expedition would not be in vain as they continued to devote themselves in the name of the Eldest even if they no longer possess the records they had on their ship.

Religion and Culture

Ezama culture revolves around the art of Magic as they were given a connection to the Cosmos in the past. They are greatly interested in researching the possibilities of Magic and use it in their daily chores and work. They also have a strong militaristic culture in the form of the Muharib, powerful Ezama warriors that weave magic with melee combat.

Ezamas are strongly spiritual, however they do not worship any Aurian God as they are not part of this galaxy - rather, with the knowledge gained by their ancestors, the Ezamas see the Eldest as the true gods of creation and devote themselves in their mysterious name.

In their time spent on Auria, the language of Zetur has all but died out with very few among their people still speaking it as opposed to speaking Aurian. The way they name their children has, however, remained largely the same with some minor adjustments made to fit with Aurian.

Society and its Structure

The Ezamas are led by an Arshad, commonly a male elected by the people. The Arshad acts as a speaking representative of his people as well as inspires them in certain ways. The current Arshad is Hakim Qalb'Qawiun, second in the line of Aurian Arshads.

The people of the Ezama are made of architects, chroniclers and researchers all interested in discovering the secrets of the universe and the true nature of the Eldest. Many are spiritual and attend weekly prayers in their Masjid, translated from Zeturian as Mosque.

Physical Appearences

Ezamas have human skin that ranges in a variety of colours. They are known for having long horns sticking out the top of their heads and short, pointed ears. Their eyes glow with radiant energies also ranging in different hues.

Ezama are tall Humanoids with clawed feet and possess long, girthy tails with varying lengths. Most male Ezama are characterized to have large, muscular builds when compared to the females.
