Fexham is a harbour town located in the southern coast of Chronoworth. It was built circa 200 years ago after the Dread Captains took control over the Hayka people and established a matriarchy that overthrew the greedy patriarchy that slowly decayed their people from within. Their new leader, Hamleraa Bottomshot, desired to build better relations with the Fenik with whom they shared the island system and came into agreement to build a neutral trade harbour in the middle of the Saber Isles that could serve as the bridge between their nations and any other nation that desired to connect their trade routes with them. They named this settlement Fexham, after Hamleraa and the Fenik Minister at that time, Mindstorm Fex.
Over the course of two centuries, Fexham developed into a small haven of buzzing business and successful relations. Both Fenik and Hayka make the town their home with a third large majority of Wolfen also steadily raising among the populous. The architecture in Fexham is a mix of Fenik and Hayka.
The town is governed by Verona Stillwater of the Hayka and Sparkfizz Yezz of the Fenik. The local police faction makes sure that the peace that begun 200 years ago between the nations continues to thrive, keeping its civilians protected from outside dangers.
