Background
Frelani was the mother of Johani and a well-loved cook of Heirdorm as well as a musician, often times playing soft, calming music with her cello in the town square. Her food filled the stomachs of the Enrali with warmth and their spirits with hope, each day giving them inspiration to keep going hard. Unfortunately, at the young age of 35 Frelani passed away after succumbing to a deadly illness which claimed her fast. Though she had no regrets of her own when dying, she worried greatly for her young daughter Johani and as such she was unable to pass on successfully, wandering the land with a weak spirit. The Enrali would speak of occasions where they could still hear Frelani's music ringing in their heads for weeks after her passing, a worrying thought as they believed she was stuck on the earth unable to pass on.
Fallen depressed and hopeless, Johani would be locked inside her room for weeks after the passing of her mother, isolating herself from everyone else. Finally, Frelani was able to gather her strength and appear before her daughter to speak with her, bringing her in for a hug so that their souls could briefly touch and warm one another while she told her to keep going, saying to her daughter that Perisha has asked her to play for her in the afterlives, a task which she cannot wait to start as soon as possible but she knew she couldn't until Johani could move on with her life and not grieve for her. Hearing her mother's words and feeling the embrace of her hug one last time, Johani was able to accept the death of Frelani and move on with tears still running down her cheeks, able to let go of her deceased mother and to go on with her life, which would allow Frelani to move on as well, able to move forward and play her music to the goddess of death.
