The day known as Greenday has its roots in different cultures but all of them celebrate it at around the same time - the last day of Spring. It is, however, closely tied to the Pella holiday Lovemoon.

Lifemoon

As a direct follow up to the Pella folklore that surrounds Lovemoon, "Lifemoon" is the name given to the last day of spring in Pella culture and is a day that yields fertility in crops and in copulation. As the story goes - the Matriarch Valefur the Silver and her newly-bewedded Patriarch Paschan would come together on this day to tie their love through intimacy and inspired their united tribe to do the same. That very same year, the Pella would see a rise in their populations and begun to heal as a species.

Song of the Volcano

On an entirely different planet, the Song of the Volcano would be a more recent cultural movement that started with the Enkhulu and was later also picked up by the Sark. It symbolises the day that Sol Peleges battled her father and sent a planet-destroying meteor down upon Grukoor, desolating and devastating the world. Yet through this destruction, new life began to grow as the Enkhulu were awakened as a result. Thus it is that this holiday holds importance to the Enkhulu as a time to reminisce the awakening of their kind and the gift (and duty) that has been bestowed upon them.

Later the Sark would pick up a reverence towards Sol Peleges and the meteor (now a volcano at the heart of Dzungle) that she has hurled down from the heavens. Similarly to the others, the Sark begun to use this time of the year as a time to celebrate life and procreation which is done annually by holding a large gathering around and on top the volcano. This celebration is given the name "Song of the Volcano".

Springfall

In Elvish tradition, Druids from the Dhiadhrian Coven would bless the fields of farmers with divine fertility, yielding their nation a rich harvest. It is a day to send off life on its path in the cycle and begin to observe its growth, thus it is celebrated with high honours by those of the Wylderin.
