The Halls of Fleshcrafting is a grotesque dungeon with its entrance located within an abandoned Enkhulu mine. It was created by Nytheran in secret to experiment upon the mortals when his task of being a God grew dull on him, capturing an array of mortal creatures and imprisoning them in the depths of his lair where he clawed away at their flesh and mixing their blood with others to creature new monstrosities that could, by his own words, "Accelerate the evolution of Mortalkind". When his cruel actions were discovered by his fellow Gods, Nytheran temporarily abandoned his lair but in secret chose a willing servant who could become his avatar and continue on his foul machinations. This duty would fall upon Rohan, an exiled Enkhulun sage that was easy to manipulate into service due to his desperation to appease the Gods.

Within these crimson halls Rohan followed the instructions of the God of Blood, experimenting on an array of creatures which led to many failed experiments that drew the wrath of the Blood God. Eventually Rohan would be able to appease his master's wishes and vision, creating an intelligent race of reptiles known now as the Sark but his prayers were met with silence. Desperate to hear from his God, Rohan set loose the Sark to show how savage they really were and as Nytheran got exactly what he wanted out of the withering Enkhulu, he let him die by the very creatures he had a hand in creating, giving him a worthy death within the heart of the halls. Most of the Sark would go on to escape the Halls, taking over the nearby Dzungle Wilds where they would establish a civilization guided by Zarukk while some of the more monstrous and savage Sark remained in the halls, continuing to feed upon discarded flesh and rotten meat to evolve into horrific creatures unable to be saved even by the hand of a God.

Untamed Sark are not the only ones lurking within the abandoned halls. Undead creatures seeking vengeance for the fate that had befallen them also roam the chambers, continuing to fight whoever comes in their way. Among them are rotting Dragons of varied species still hanging from the rusty hooks and chains from the ceilings or shackles to the walls, crying out for release in fury-filled roars. Lastly, Nytheran's own mechanical defense units remain in the deeper regions of the halls, guarding the knowledge of the Blood God with blind devotion the most powerful of them being the Godborne Bloodguard, a large robotic sentry with the power to collapse the entire structure when necessary.

Recently wretched Veryn who have strayed from their true purpose have found the Halls of Fleshcrafting and are intending on taking it over, believing it to be the true will of their god. They are led by Ruthorn Nevermore, a general in the Bloodwing Justicars faction who also overseers their operations within the crimson halls.
