The notorious Imp is a variant of Demon known by many. Characterized by their small size, short fuses and a knack for causing chaos, Imps are not often a threat by themselves but together with other Demons or even other Imps they can cause a lot of havoc thanks to their agility and fairly decent skill in simple offensive spellcraft.
Imps are thought to be from the same or similar species as the Succubi and Incubi, although current research cannot confirm that. Just like the Succubi and Incubi, Imps also tend to be fairly intelligent and even more independent with some breaking out of the status quo of the Cosmos to go on and reach their own goals of curiosity (which often still includes causing chaos).
Many of these independent Imps tend to form tribes with one another to terrorize mortality, oft being targets for extermination for novice heroes.
Powers
Imps are fairly weak yet unpredictable Demons that use their small size to their advantage. They tend to approach combat with an evasive strategy in mind, using both their wings as well as their natural speed to outmaneuver their foes and keep them at a distance so they may blast them with simple spells that mostly include different variants of bolts (Firebolts, Frostbolts, et cetera). Some Imps are able to exist long enough to learn more advanced spells, but their tiny bodies and limited minds cause such spells to break them apart.
Physical Appearance
Imps are small humanoid creatures with at least two horns sticking out from their head, with more growing as they get older, big glowing eyes and long sharp teeth. From their backs, a pair of wings sprout out which they may use to lift themself off the ground and fly about. Their clawed hands and hooved feet are disproportionately bigger than the rest of the bodies.
