Background
Ithas is the exiled God of Mortals and Mortality, the deity who was once cast down from the Afterworld for his treason against order. Though flawed and outcast, Ithas continues to represent the imperfections of mankind and is thus remembered even against the odds stacked against him.
Once Ithas was a respected God, a figure of divine strength and duty who stood at the gates of the Afterworld as its defender. A warrior of pure heart and a scholar with the cunning of ages, Ithas had stood against the minions of disorder for many, many ages. Ithas would smite down demons with the wrath of his weapons, ones that are many in number and varied in uses. As the Afterworld's mightiest warrior, Ithas would be proclaimed as Olympus Citadel's finest by Godqueen Heras.
Yet darkness would befall the God of Mankind for the Dusk of Dawn would bring with it many losses both in the world of the corporeal and in the realm of the intangible. The aftermath of this war would leave Ithas mad. He would take from the heavens a precious power and take it as his own, forcing the other Gods to stand up and bring down their judgement. Saved by Zurao, who still saw good in Ithas, the God of Mankind was banished him from the heavens and thrown to the physical world, stripped of his divine powers and endless arsenal. Though he believed he did not deserve it, Zurao insisted on accompanying the despoiled God, aiding him from falling dormant by encouraging him to use what little holy strength that laid within him to do the work of the Gods in the lands of the Mortals. Thus, as told in the story "Ithasian Odyssey", Ithas and Zurao travelled the world on a quest to aid any who come their way.
In his journey, Ithas has earned many names that are etched into stone and parchment to remember him by. Among those names, "Mau" is one of the most remembered as it serves a prominent role in the mythos of the denizens of Saberos. Certain theologists theorise that Ithas represents Humans and is, in fact, the first Human.
Powers and Abilities
Ithas is a God who, ever since his banishment, has controlled no power beyond his own mortal body. He is physically superior and wields primal elements through his fists, a brawler who fights undeterred in the face of evil. He possesses both brains and brawn, even if he does not appear it, and he often uses this deception to fool his opponents into a false state of safety.
Physical Description
Physically, Ithas looks like a muscular Human with medium-length black hair and a full beard. His skin is naturally tanned and covered in scars. He has deep brown eyes.
