Following the Battle of the Wilds and the subsequent banishment and creation of the Wolfen, The Elves entered an faint era of peace where its people could live in harmony while keeping stable foreign affairs with Xib'alba and other off-planet empires. That peace would however not last long as it was through the Gate of Dreams, an ancient and divine structure deep in the southern woods of Tranquilon, Demons would emerge in the hundreds. Weakened from the battle with the invading Luxfordians, the Wildguard would stand little chance against the Demon invasion and another divine intervention was in order. Following the Demons through the portal the Dreamwalkers, a union of Dryads and the newly-made Wolfen, came to aid the Elves in their crisis and in doing so would develop a powerful relationship with them. The Demons would fall against the unison of the Wildguard and the Dreamwalkers, and though their task was done the latter would decide to remain in Auria to secure its safety, joining permanent forces with the Elves and together calling themselves the Wylderin.
With the Wylderin nation established, a plan to erect defenses around the Gate of Dreams was proposed. They would build a heavily fortified temple around the portal and slowly develop a grand city around it that would serve as a new capital to not only the Elves but also the Wolfen and the Aurian Dryads that chose to live with them now, drawing much of their scattered people throughout Gwynbrenon to live there as a means of watching over the Gate that leads to the Afterworld. Ish-Dormiens would be the name of the temple that would surround the portal and from it, the convergence of the newly-formed Triskelion council begun to govern the people of Wylderin while also serving as the last and most formidable defense for the gate.
As time went on, Nytlerei would continue to develop as a functioning capital city for its people. Triskelion currently consists of Archdruid Leronas Moonfire of the Elves, Alpha Lughandra Wildhunt of the Wolfen and Natura of the Mists of the Dryads.
Districts
Nytlerei is made up of five major districts, known as Terraces, the temple of Ish-Dormiens at the heart and a tall stone wall surrounding it from all sides other than the sea. The city's only entrance is to the north, which immediately leads to the Terrace of Worth and Terrace of Memory. As the city was built on a hill, the terrace districts are elevated on three to four stories, working upwards like a stairway leading to the heart of the city, Ish-Dormiens.
Commercial: The north-western district of Nytlerei is the Terrace of Worth, home to the traders and businesses of the capital. Here one may find a shop for practically any need or expense.
The district has roads leading to Ish-Dormiens, the Terrace of Memory and the Terrace of Creation.
Cultural: The north-eastern district of Nytlerei is the Terrace of Memory, home to the cultural activities of the capital. The Rahmatu Archives is located here, a library storing the knowledge of Gwynbrenon. The Talin Song Grounds are also located here, known for gathering the people of Wylderin together once a year for a festival.
The district has roads leading to Ish-Dormiens, the Terrace of Worth and the Terrace of Rest.
Governmental: Ish-Dormiens, Hall of Dreams sits at the heart of the city. Though it is a singular temple, it is the size of an entire district and features the great World Tree Medisdras, the largest in Tranquilon who's roots make the frame of the Gate of Dreams. Ish-Dormiens' temple complex is arguably vast and expansive, with many tranquil gardens and druidic chambers found throughout the structure which spans five stories high and three stories deep, with the Gate of Dream located at the deepest part of the temple, defended by the Wildguard elite. the temple's height features a spiraling tower top that houses the meeting chamber of the Triskelion Council, and throughout the temple are their individual common quarters as well as the barracks of the Wildguard elite that watch over the temple.
As the temple is the heart of the city, it also serves as a crossroads for all other districts. The temple is built upon an island that sits at the heart of Lake Arens with stone bridges lead out in five directions to the five Terraces.
Harbour / Military: The Terrace of Might is the southern-most district of Nytlerei, bordering the Tranquilon coast. It doubles as both a military complex as well as a harbour and military Skyport, though the zone is restricted to officials and their servants only, not the commonfolk. The Terrace of Might's main purpose is to train the empire's armies and house them, as well as serve as a shipyard for the navy and sky fleet. No trader may pass through the Nytlerei harbour so in order to transport their goods to the capital they must make use of Dreamerin's harbour and skyport instead.
The infamous Iron Barrow is located here, an underground cave that serves as a jail for criminals, wardened over by a select few of the Wildguard as well as Wylderin's Druids.
The district has roads leading to Ish-Dormiens, the Terrace of Creation and the Terrace of Rest.
Industrial: The Terrace of Creation is located to the west of Nytlerei and it serves as as a place for craftsmen to live in and work.

Magical /Religious: The Groves of the Wilds are located to the far east and far west of the city, at the foot of the Terraces of Creation and Rest. They are considered holy grounds for the Wylderin, as it is here that the shrines of numerous Gods can be found erected in mighty stone. Though much of the city is covered in nature's touch as is befitting an Elven settlement, the Groves are left fully to the wilds, with no building allowed to be built there, leaving only the statues of the Gods and the natural road of the people among the dense woods and beasts of nature which are tended to by the Druids, said Druids also come here to meditate and train even if their school grounds are located outside the city borders. This place is open to all, and is regularly visited by devout people in search of prayers and meditation.
The district has roads leading to the Terrace of Creation and Worth for the west and the Terrace of Rest and Memory for the east.
Residential: Terrace of Rest is located to the east of Nytlerei and houses its populous in a varied amount of high, apartment-building complexes as well as singular homes. It is the densest part of the city.
