Following the end of the Grand War, rebellion leader and newly-crowned Queen Regindra Fedelerin would take steps to rebuilding Luxfordia's reputation as a kingdom that welcomes unity and cooperation between other nations. One of her first steps towards that goal would be Sante Citare, a city that would be built not by the hands of Luxfordians alone but also the Mor Kardia and the Chronos. Finding that the island sitting at the heart of their shared world would be a perfect fit for settling this new city, Regindra and the leaders of the three nations begun overseeing their peoples working together in a shared project which would give rise to a great city established upon an island of rivers and lakes, ultimately creating a marvel with architectural designs inspired from the three nations that worked on it with additional help from the Wylderin, who saw to it that the city parks would flourish with life, Urol, who supplied them with additional tools and materials, Shin, who helped with many interior designs and tailoring, and Nova Voltex, who financed the members taking part in this shared project. Many of the laborers that helped build the city would be those that lost their homes and close ones in the war, inspired by a promise from Queen Fedelerin that those that help build the city would be given homes here as well.

The city would reach completion five years later and it would become an instant tourist destination throughout Auria. Those who lost much in the war were given their promised homes at the heart of this expansive city, though not everyone accepted this gift. Nevertheless, with a quickly enriched cultural scene spawned by the mixing of different nationalities and a strategic position between the three Imperian nations, Sante Citare would go on to be a successful project that would show Luxfordia's newfound dedication to peace in the galaxy.

Districts

Commercial: The Holy Canals span the entirety of the city and serve as a means of transportation throughout the town by boat, allowing easy and carefree travel. As these canals are frequented by everyone on a daily basis, many stores and workshops can be found adjacent to them for easy spotting and easier access.

Cultural: The Songe is located at the east side of the city and it features the United Imperian Museum, a gallery that features historical artifacts from Luxfordian, Chronos and Mor Kardia to tell their stories for education. Sainter Lee School is also located there, named after its founder and current headmaster Sainter Lee who has taken up the responsibility of overseeing the education of Sante Citare's citizens.

Governmental: Citare Grande is found in the south of the city. It is there that the governing council, the Sante Unity, house themselves. The area is restricted to only governing officials. Citare Hold is also located here, which serves as a barracks for the city's defenders and a prison for the city's criminals.

Harbour: Sante Citare's great northern harbour is called Blue Guardia and it serves as the main entrance and exit for whomever wishes to enter the city. It is heavily guarded by both land forces and a navy to assure peace and everyone who enters and exits must go through a thorough search and background check here. Blue Guarde also serves as a secondary trade district with vessel bringing in shipments all day long. Ports from New Luxford, Bearport and Khazin connect to the Blue Guarde

Recreational: The Parco is not as much of a district as it is an area that connects the other districts together much like the Holy Canals do. Mainly represented by the green parks in-between other districts, the Parco is tended to by Elves and those that have been taught by them to allow the city's citizens to enjoy their time in part with nature.

Religious: Perla Grounds is found north of Citare Grande and south of Blue Guardia, being placed at the heart of the city itself. Here one can find peace and devotion towards worshiping any God of Gods they choose to follow, with embassies for different Imperian religions found here as well. Like the Parco, the Perla Grounds flourishes with a tranquil garden that provides a place for its citizens to meditate.

Residential: The Casa is located to the west and is characterized for its many organized streets full of homes for the citizens of Sante Citare as well as a few day to day life shops at every corner.
