Background
Richarde Justigarde is the ironfisted ruler of Ironwatch city, a militant settlement on the eastern coast of Azura in Imperia. Little is know of his past and upbringing other than that he is the crown lord of a long-lasting bloodline that has lasted for millennia within Luxfordia.
In his youth he and his brother Aldo would come to meet a newly-appointed servant lady within their historical family manor and as the oldest of the two Richarde would claim her hand and have her become his wife to the oppositions of his younger and more kinder brother. With a wife in his life and a family to take over after his father's misfortunate death at the hands of Asvar thieves, Richarde would be set to grasp the city that belongs to his family with a steel grip, quickly enforcing harsh laws upon the weak and vulnerable to boost his own power within the city and under the orders of the newly-crowned King Yvain Greymoore IV he would see to it that Ironwatch would become the militant city that other kingdoms would quiver under, training nearly all of its citizens into battle-hardened soldiers ready to take on a worldwide war.
Richarde would end up having a child with his wife, a daughter to be precise which would bring him many disappointments and frustrations as much like the lords prior to him the Justigarde family have always had a man in charge. This would lead to the newly-born child named Valge to be largely ignored by her father though she strived to seek his admiration from him in the years to come.
Four years after Valge, Richarde would end up having a second child, a boy this time he proudly named Aerthur after his own father, Aerthur Justigarde II. This son would grow up to be his prodigy that would be destined to one day rule the family much like others before him. Sadly the Justigarde siblings would be taken away from their parents and other family when the Grand Conquest shook the world and the Justigardes were called to the forefront of Greymoore's army. It would take three years for Richarde and his wife to return alongside the surviving members of their family, shame dripping over them as the king they followed without question was now dead and Humanity was at the brink of extinction.
In the years to follow Richarde would close off from the rest of the world, devoting every day to training his son and even his daughter in combat to forge them into excellent duelists and future generals in an army that could retake Luxfordia but his relationship with Valge would grow to a boiling point where he'd end up disowning her completely, sending the girl off to live elsewhere after he discovered her dabbling with Magic. Aerthur would become his forefront priority to the point that his own wife would soon become a faint memory to him, remaining in a craze of seeing that Aerthur could become his greatest student.
Aerthur would end up becoming much like he wished for though there were kinks and quirks in his feminine son that he wished to iron out over time. Due to his decreasing health Richarde would slowly become unable to attend kingdom-wide councils and gatherings and would often begin sending his son in his place, having grown to trust him enough in these duties.
Powers and Abilities
Lord Richarde was a formidable duelist in his prime, having been able to take on the likes of brutish Enkhulu Warriors and cunning Naga Blademasters and come out on top. He would carry into combat a refined sword called Gereschwert which is now in the hands of his son.
